I feel your pain, brother.

The same thing happened to me with my work.

I work in a warehouse and I'm always ripping around and I got a medical exemption so I wore the face shield for a month and a half. 2 days after wearing it I came down with a gnarly cough... It kept getting worse so I took some time off and it cleared up within 3-4 days and I was completely better. I went back to work with the shield and the same thing kept happening. After like a month it occurred to me that it was the shield aggravating my lungs cause I wasn't getting enough air flow.

I explained this to management and was lucky to get an exemption from that and I've been completely better. A lot of people wearing the masks are getting sore throats all the time, sinus infections and acne breakouts and you name it. It's a total shit show... all for a fabric mask that isn't even effective in the first place.

I think all the mask nonsense is a demoralization psy-op. Unfortunately, there isn't going to be any end in sight. So I understand where you're at. It's cruel to infringe on someones medical liberty like this, especially when it's your place of work.

I guess maybe the mask thing wouldn't be so hard for people if you're not working a physical job, but 9-10 hours of wearing a mask like that is inhumane and not what they're designed for. It's a slave-labor enforcement
