It's a really rough place of the city, obviously you can't over generalize with all people hailing from there.
But it's not surprising to me to learn someone from a tough place is a total nut.
Lots of shootings, that sort of thing.. One just happened a week ago in broad daylight.
Edit: I've made an error, he hails from "North of Montreal", meaning potentially off of the island of Montreal.
