But here's the thing: Agreeing with what a leader says 100% of the time without question means you're a cultist. And if you're a cultist, your opinion doesn't matter because you're just repeating someone else's opinion, and clearly aren't thinking for yourself. You're just parroting someone at that point. There's a difference between agreeing with someone and just parroting them. One involves independent thought. The other doesn't.

You can disagree with your leader occasionally. Your worldview isn't your own otherwise. If you never disagree, then you're a sheep. You're someone else's ideological zombie pet.

It's only when you disagree with your leader more often than you agree with another leader that you should think of switching allegiances (assuming that "leader" isn't some charlatan).
