I then sat in the chair for 2 hours while they drilled the fuck out of my teeth as I breathed in the dentist & her assistant's face.

It is the 12 paces that makes no sense and is obviously political. It was the receptionist who asked for that. The dentist herself literally did nothing different than a dentist 20 year ago.
