So they spread this "wearing your GPU out" and "no real money to be made" bullshit everywhere and people lap it up and start repeating it for them free of charge as you have seen here in this very thread!
If it wasn't profitable miners wouldn't be buying up every single graphics card they can that has more than 4GB of ram, from the past 5 years. It's insanely profitable from a ROI perspective.
I mean I still have my old RTX 2080 card and I could sell it today for more than I paid for it almost 3 years ago. Explain that if this is a waste of time?
