If a vaccination requirement was in your contract and you accepted the contract, they can require it. If there wasn't any requirement in your contract, they cannot slip in a requirement after the fact.

An employer can still try to fire you if you choose to deny the vaccination without a religious or medical reason, but the law is somewhat grey. I suspect we'll see many employers pushing the boundaries.

You can always say your Muslim faith prevents you from getting vaccinated.
