Dominion voting machines were used in the Toronto municipal election (run by CUPE members? What are the odds...), which had a "counting delay," and results that were inconsistent with door to door polling as well. It looks like it could have been a test run. Most of the US level elections (GA, AZ, PA, MI?) were run by members of (Unifor and other?) public sector unions, and this might be where the fingerprints are.
