The guy posting the CP kept creating new accounts when he was banned. Unless you ban VPNs and TOR on the site, you can't stop that from happening unfortunately. It becomes a game of whack a mole at that point when the offender keeps creating new accounts with new IPs and burner email addresses. But then if you ban VPNs and TOR, you can kiss your free speech goodbye as you will be constantly monitored by Big Daddy Government. There are trade-offs between wanting stricter regulation and liberty.

It's amusing to see conservatives cry for big daddy government to protect the kids. But then whine when big daddy government gives their kid a ticket for playing on a playground. Don't you get it? You get the big government you asked for. This is why libertarianism makes more sense than conservatism for me. "Stop resisting arrest!" "Officer why are you beating my ass for attending church?"
