Yep. It’s really all cities with a high native population having these problems. Thunder Bay, Regina, Saskatoon, Brandon, Winnipeg, etc. All the assistance is just perpetuating the problem. If they didn’t have the 24 hr warming stations and food more of them might go back to whereever they came from. Most of these people probably have kids in the system too while they are just on the streets being bums. Shit’s fucked. Feel bad for the kids
