Go to street view. Funny sign, "Keep you rent"...lol Who in their right mind would rent to these assholes? I'm wondering if the landlord just ignored these notices as it's the only way to get these ticks out?

Holy fuck, use the history feature and go back and look. I've never ever seen a DQ having to put cages on the windows...That must be a real shithole of an area...
