New York, Moscow and Tokyo are the only Western cities (I include Japan because they're our ally). Rest are Chinese, couple other Asians and darker Asians and Dubai. Despite All the Asians with only two White cities they are sure to mention Cities in Europe and the US emit more than those in most developing countries, because we can't let it be known that non-Whites are the problem here. A lot of the decreasers mentioned are White, a lot of increasers Brown. And remember New York has a ton of Brown people. Sorry, Whites can't fix this, the same way we can't raise third worlders out of the third world no matter how much money we send them or if we let them live on top of us. I'm not worried about Climate change but this crap is getting into the ocean and will hurt quality of living in those countries, then they'll want to come here, even more so.
