Why does infection risk increase after 6 months?
Different strains and as every other vaccine, they lose their effectiveness over time.
What does pfizer say the ARR (effectiveness) is for it's vaccine? Like 1%.
There is a difference between ARR and RRR. ARR gives a false impression on how effective a treatment is.
If you had one bowl of cereal spiked with poison which would kill you 1% of the time and one bowl of cereal spiked with nothing, which would kill you 0% of the time, which would you eat? The ARR would be 1% in that case but the RRR 100% if you eat the second bowl.
Realize, they don't work. Each shot carries risk.

In May out of 18,000 Covid deaths in the US less than 1% was fully vaccinated. In Maryland all Covid deaths were unvaccinated.
If the didn't work, you would see vaccinated people die as much as unvaccinated people.
