My ballot wasn't good because I used my passport which didn't have an address. It doesn't exactly say it that clearly that you need an address.
I asked for another ballot on July 30th but they didn't send it until August 18th, so I couldn't send it in on time (I just got it yesterday
FWIW I had Lewis 1 and Sloan 2 with the others left blank.
