Ontario’s Upper Grand District School Board has dubbed themselves "systemically racist" and will move forward with "anti-racism" training.

Critical race theory isn't "anti-racism training", it's literally racism training. It promote the same ideas that white supremacists promote, just in the other direction. It promotes racial consciousness - the belief that the races are all at war with each other and pee-oh-cees and "allies" must therefore band together to defeat the white oppressor in order to usher in the marxist utopia. That is the gist of critical race theory.
