If you ate up the media garbage, it would sound like Trump was destroying our economy by annihilating our aluminum exports, but it says here he's not taxing us unless we greatly exceed our normal aluminum exports.
In other words, the tariff is to prevent dumping the stock in the US, and as long as we just do what we normally do, we won't pay a cent.
