Respiratory therapist in the USA here. They had a sign up for the vaccine at my hospital. I did not sign up but I know some people did. I have gone out of my way to talk to people about the vaccine and people seem to be about 50/50 about getting it. They did not make it mandatory YET, probably because they can't get their hands on enough doses. One older lady I work with got put on a waiting list so I assume they had enough people for all the doses they were able to get their hands on. This woman is close to 70, obese, beat cancer like 10 years ago and caught Covid-19 earlier this year and won. She said getting sick with Covid-19 was awful and never wants to experience it again.

As they get more doses of the vaccine I am sure they will pressure us all to get the vaccine much like they do with the flu vaccine. If you refused the flu vaccine they would make you have a meeting with human resources or something first, require you to wear a mask (kind of funny rule now) and you had to have a reason (religious or medical condition). Basically they made it pretty miserable to refuse the vaccine so most people would just get it, and volunteers had no choice.

I believe they will pressure the public in a similar fashion. If you do not get the vaccine you will not be able to go places or get services until you do.
