I have been tracking the official data for years and disagree with your numbers but agree that white population replacement is definitely happening and is a legislated goal of the government.
The official number of Europeans is more accurately around 70%, and its been dropping every year from 93% in 1981. Conservative projections show that by the end of the century, the country will only be 22% white at best.
I do believe you got your numbers from a guy on 4chan.org/pol where this angry autistic polish guy who must have been denied access to Canada has been spamming that forum for a couple years with threads and graphics exactly like what you posted.
If you want to convince other people who aren't yet redpilled it is best to use data that isn't an "extrapolation".

Its really annoying, because there is no reason to ban videos like this at all unless you just want to hide something. We are in a dark age on the web and its simply getting harder and harder to find information that does not fit certain narratives.
