How deep has Communist China's telecom giant Huawei burrowed its tentacles into Canada's federal government?
It's hard to know for sure, and many of our government's most security-centric departments don't seem to have the answer either.
In April, Conservative MP Michael Barrett posed an order paper question to the Liberal government to determine details regarding "monetary and non-monetary contracts, grants, agreements and arrangements entered into by the government with Huawei and its known affiliates, subsidiaries or parent companies since January 1, 2016."
Although Public Safety, Global Affairs, the Privy Council, and National Defence ruled out working with Huawei specifically, those same agencies were unable to deny entering into contracts with companies under the Huawei umbrella!
See RebelNews.com for proof in the form of the government's own documents.
This past Sunday, for the second week in a row, a large and boisterous crowd gathered outside the Calgary Remand Centre to protest the jailing of Pastor Tim Stephens.
Pastor Tim's legal representation from the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) insists that his arrest was unlawful and that Pastor Tim is being illegally detained.
There was some hope that Pastor Tim might get an early release, but those hopes were dashed on Monday, when we learned that Tim Stephens' court appearance would be pushed to July 12.
Pastor Tim will now be the second Alberta pastor since Pastor James Coates to spend more than a month in jail for refusing to capitulate to the government's lockdown restrictions.
The rally grew noticeably since last week's event and drew several prominent political and religious figures who have been standing in opposition to the lockdown restrictions across Canada.
Pastor James was in attendance, along with Pastor Tim's brother Trevor, JCCF President John Carpay, and MP Derek Sloan. They spoke about the arrests of pastors in Alberta and addressed the war on freedom that has begun to permeate Canadian culture.
Gov’t Praises Censured Exec Janice Charette, the $343,000-a year head of the federal public service, yesterday declined comment after praising as an example to all staff a Public Health Agency executive censured for contempt of Parliament. It was the first Commons censure of a federal employee since the 1891 summons of a Superintendent of the Government Printing Bureau for pocketing kickbacks: "He acted in a way that represents public service values and ethics." You know what I would sincerely and earnestly appreciate is any and all evidence - question period footage, social media posts, articles, etc. where we can see hardcore evidence that O'Toole is fighting Tru-doh! horrible policies on say horrible lock downs, Pastor arrests, Wuhan lies support, corruption, surveillance, voter fraud, efforts to force untested vaccines etc etc. rather than infighting between PPC and the existing conservative party... I have stated here before I'd vote for Pierre P. Provide evidence that O'Toole is his leader and better suited.
