I'll admit that there are some God-Tier trolls that post in there. Threads asking where their deposits are, and pedes posting how their deposits were early and getting downvoted.
I was on CERB for 7 weeks in the spring, Mid March to the end of April. While I did enjoy my time off, I didn't just do nothing. I work in HR as a career (yeah, I know). I applied to many jobs in my city that were available - I was fully prepared to go back to stocking shelves at the grocery stores, liquor stores and even looked into some warehouse work. At the same time, I was applying for jobs in my field. Finally at the end of April, I landed a better paying job than my previous one. At the same time, I attended a bunch of webinars relevant to my field. I actually felt guilty for taking CERB and thought I was going be "investigated" by the CRA. Needless to say, I don't feel as guilty anymore, given I've heard about how many people have taken complete advantage of the system...
When I was a young man still in my teens, working every day for a crap pay with no benefits and doing continued education after work, I had a few people encourage me to go on chomage, or to go on short term disability after I was involved in a car accident on my bike (which I rode 2 hours per day to go to and from work because it was faster than public transportation). I am so happy I didn't listen and instead became an independent contractor and worked hard for years, building skills and learning my business inside and out to become a very well paid and sought out professional. I have no sympathy or patience for lazy, entitled, spoiled and useless leftards that want a nany state system to take care of them while they suck on their thumbs.

Thank you for participating in society and not lowering yourself to chaos and the socialism of this fallen country.

Fake news. OGFT-ers wouldn't know which washroom to choose.
