I vote nobody. Nobody cares! Nobody is gonna lower taxes! Nobody is gonna take action against illegal immigrants! Nobody promises to end corporate welfare!

That’s likely because the economy is booming and many more people want to come to the US. Plus, ICE and DHS have to be extra mindful how they police because of the increased publicity of their actions. It is certainly not the result of Trump’s policies.
He took credit for the slump in 2017. Therefore he is also responsible for the increase in 2018 and 2019. It doesn't go both ways.
