That's great news. I thought the "plan" was more lockdowns through November until the entire province was back to phase 2. I guess the plan has changed.

Maybe people are waking up, pushing back. Maybe the plans are being disseminated and discussed enough they wouldn't be able to implement them. Maybe the election in the U.S. has changed things.
