The Commonwealth is full-on cucked. The United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada. Unless the UK changed their constitution recently, correct me if I'm wrong, freedom of expression I believe is not something that is enshrined in the UK constitution.
In Canada, freedom of expression is only guaranteed as of 1982 (Charter). And they include hate speech, defamation, etc. among other things as an exemption. And the bar for defamation in Canada is far lower than in the United States. In the US, it's a lot harder to charge someone for defamation in court.
