They tweeted that video a while back, it was an ad on fb for a while but it's been taken down most places
I know that, it's also pretty well outlined in Agenda 2030 stuff. They've built the frame work, while the project might not be done it's not unfair to say what it's starting to look like is pretty scary and dystopian.
