The best path forward for the PPC is a new leader, but problem is there's no party constitution 2 years in, and no potential leadership race mechanism in place. CPC needs a populist leader, O'toole isn't it (though an upgrade from Scheer), but we have to now wait for O'toole to lose an election to get rid of him.
