The judge won't allow him to be named, so name the judge.
Make them famous.
When there's a government in power in BC that is open to it, have it make a request to the Canadian Judicial Council to have the judge removed, due to that judge's failures eroding the public trust in the courts.
Until then, find their name, find their cases, make them famous.
In this case, the judge is Barbara Flewelling.
