If a restaurant doesn't like the 30-35% fees that UberEats and SkipTheDishes charges, the restaurant is welcome to hire their own Pajeet independent contractor directly to deliver in-house just like Domino's and Pizza Pizza does instead of contracting it out to a third-party service.
If customers don't like the delivery fees, they're welcome to purchase a car and pick it up themselves. Oh wait, auto insurance premiums are expensive as hell in the GTA. Gee shouldn't that be more of a priority for our government?
