No. The only systemic racism in Canada is against whites. The only evidence given that blacks suffer discrimination is that they, on average, earn less. Is that 'proof' that the NBA discriminates against non-blacks? Blacks also have less education, are younger, and have less experience at their job. Few blacks have compsci degrees. Lots of Asians do. Guess who earns more?
Yep. Arguments saying there is systemic racism against black people are always just broad comparisons of outcomes or isolated cases of genuine racism. Meanwhile, I can take a glance at my university email inbox and see jobs which literally bar white people from applying. Scholarships given if you don't have white skin. I get ads on television of a website called hirebipoc.ca, blatant discrimination. All supported by government and major corporations - you know, the system.
Racism is a world that detracts from the truth. Only looking at some truth and not all truth otherwise you just use truth. Since the word is inherently manipulative and manipulative things are inherently dishonest and dishonest things are inherently dishonorable I reject that word. I believe that racism is intellectual gonorrhea and I think you should just use truth. If you happen to be black..., well rigger I just killed racism for you... Your welcome.
Shut up and dribble
fucking nogs and joggers, man.
If you are white or male then you are systemically oppressed by the discriminatory 'Employee Equity Act'. But you will get only contempt for questioning it.
The statement of claim attempts to portray the plaintiffs as children of slaves. Slavery was never legal in Canada. Most Canadians were anti-slavery even in the 1700s. The plaintiffs are a hundred times more likely to descend from slave traders than black slaves in pre-Canada.
Great summary.
