All hospitals and nursing homes are completely under the control of the Manitoba Government's Ministry of Health.

Every Process, Procedure, Hire, Admission, Procurement, every god damn thing is already under their control.

If telling people what to do solves this bullshit why the fuck haven't they gotten transmission and infection under control in those places?
