Again, there's nothing anomalous about those curves. Familiarize yourself with how ranked ballots work. It's normal for a 2nd place candidate to overtake 1st place as the eliminated candidate's points get redistributed.
The same thing happened with the last CPC leadership race. Remember when McKay got the highest number of votes in the first round and O'Toole got the 2nd highest but the O'Toole camp were the ones celebrating while the MacKay camp weren't celebrating, even though MacKay had more votes?
That's because they know how ranked ballots work, and that O'Toole being that close in second place probably means he'd win in the long run.
Fair point but were dominion machines used in the counting process for 2017? If so then it will be forever suspicious.
The fact alone that they were used isn't enough to be suspicious.
Most of Dominion's business is has to be legitimate in order to maintain a "legitimate" front. If they rigged every election they participated in, they'd get caught and end up going out of business.
This isn't a vote-rigging for hire operation, it's a "legitimate business" that the stakeholders (US political figures) have built for their own use when the time comes i.e. to save their own asses in an election. And there's no way those stakeholders care enough about Scheer vs Bernier (LOL) to the expose themselves and potentially lose the capability. They would save that for when they needed for their own lection, not blow it on some meaningless party leadership race in another country.
