Like that woman did any real work other than reading what trial data Pfizer sent them. Then just said "okay" without questioning any of it, giving it the regulatory stamp.

Even if she was competent and saw a flaw that needed to be question. Pfizer would have probably told her to fuk off and take it or leave it.
