People will just mix the styrofoam in with other garbage. These ridiculous rules can make you crazy.

In my area they reduced garbage pickup to once a month! Yes. Once a month. Apparently this will encourage people to use the recycling bin and compost bin more. It will apparently also reduce emissions because the truck will come around less often, according to the brain dead politicians that make these rules. But what will really happen is that dozens of people will use their gas powered cars to bring their garbage to the dump, increasing emissions. Everything leftists touch they ruin.
