I feel like the Canada I grew up in died when Don Cherry was fired. I didn’t always agree with him. But he was the last visible symbol for what I thought Canadian values were. Fired over advocating wearing Poppies last year...this year none of the grocery stores I visited had someone selling them. ☹️
