Those security guards haven't got a leg to stand on. They created a physical confrontation where none was necessary. If they would have just kept doing what they were doing before that and followed the guy to the exit, the situation would have been resolved without any altercation. Instead, they chose to use force where it wasn't necessary.

If you can't handle being called names, you have no business working in a job like that.
