These are not laws and are most likely an infringement of our charter rights. I wouldn't want to be the first idiot who has to fight this in court, so do what you're going to do, and make sure everyone in in on the plan.
Lights off or at the very least curtains closed if your family room faces the street. If you have ally access and more privacy in the back, park back there. Park guests in garages if you can, better yet, park around the corner or on the street far enough away that they don't know what house you've gone into. it would not be a bad idea to leave your identifying information at home, IDs, SINs, health cards, etc. Hell it is not a bad idea to leave your cellphone at home either since it provides your location data and can be used as possible evidence that you stayed at home that night.
Since these are not laws, these fuckers don't have warrants. If you know the cops are at your door don't answer it. If you feel compelled to answer it, everyone has to go downstairs and out of sight. Music off, nobody says anything. Give no answers to the police, ask them if they have a warrant, be polite, don't be a prick.
This is basically prohibition. The name of the game here is discreet. It would be helpful to know where your closest neighbours stand. If they're soviet pricks who would rat out their own mother for a pat on the head, then you're going to want to avoid gatherings at your place. If you neighbours have mentioned how fucked these restrictions are, or have had people over themselves, you might not have to bring it up with them, just assume they're cool if you're cool.
