Hahaha absolutely, if this was a white chick, God forbid a white male, this would be all over social media and the news for days. They would be arrested, charged, and jailed. However because we have lower expectations for blacks, the law is not applied to them in the same way, because that would be racist. Based blacks should organize and break mask mandates and watch the media's heads explode as they struggle to find out how to cover it.
