It's private property. They don't have to. Just like if you have guests over to your house and decide you want them gone - you don't need to give them a good reason. You don't need to give them a reason at all. You just tell them to leave. If they don't, you call the cops and they'll either make them leave or charge them with trespassing.

In addition, curbside pickup is a perfectly reasonable accommodation.
I think that is true in the u.s.a. canada not so much, i think reasonable accomadation is the standard (not sure)
And when said illegal matter makes it to court and you have zero evidence that you're disabled, then what?
