I dont even need to watch it to know the video is fake. A few things of the thumbnail is off.

First, the chair she is sitting in has no shadowing where her back is pressed into it. No shadowing at all. That means the image of the queen was placed into the background they used.

Second, the reflection is off too of her on the table. It is one for one with how she is sitting, not angled like it should be in the refraction if light. Sure, it's slightly off to the left, but it should be angled.

Lastly, the props on the table, while convincing to a normie, you can see they were also placed in the shot.

Those are my two sense on my uncanny valley sense.
