I find calling these types of women cunts works pretty good! They seem to be offended by crude, sexual insults. Something like "Get fucked you dried up cunt" usually works well. I'm a guy though so may have a different impact coming from a women. I commend you on your commitment to offend these dried up cunts, cudos to you!
