I think this is a public health order or something. I saw a sign about carts at my local tiny grocery store. Couldn't find any info online though.

One interesting tidbit i did find though... they may soon require testing to enter retail premises in Ontario. Probably some form of rapid testing, but may be just a questionaire about your health.
