I agree the top of the pyramid needs to be the target. However I do not hold out much hope for the "zombie hordes". Seriously, lets say we get the top guys out of the way, what then? We have literally legions of borderline insane people that cannot be reasoned with. I guess the solution is taking control of the media and slowly changing it back to the land of sanity but even that i feel is not strong solution.
