That's the attitude for sure. Being aware of logical fallacies should not be considered intelligent, or well informed, we should all know about the logical fallacies and how they're used against us. Such appeals to emotion, and appeals to authority underpin the persuasive techniques used on us, and they work! Even though it relies on blatant logical fallacies!
