If someone calls the police to say I have guests over, can I just refuse to answer the door or refuse entry?
Can they break in?
So sad I need to ask this but I can't get a straight answer from anyone and the law is intentionally meant to be confusing.
BTW I'm in Ontario.
If you hold a PAL for firearms they can come in at any time.
It’s true you guys. Not that they ever do it, but given the current direction of politicians, I wouldnt put it past them.
No it is not. What it might do is provide very quick access to a search warrant if you are caught committing a crime or running from the scene of committing a crime.

Where you might be right is if you are in a vehicle like an RV. The purpose of that provision is to let Conservation Officers search if they suspect you guilty of illegal hunting.
