Qannon aside, is there an alternate explanation? Is there pension / tax reasons to stay in senate for the few extra days? Could she be staying in until the last minute so if a republican or two gets sick, the dems could have a temporary majority?

Or is it really that the writing is on the wall and it’s best to be in a secure position .
