Agreed. If all he wanted out of marriage was sex, he would have walked out 5 years ago. This is bullshit. The woman is exploiting him, he is her meal ticket and the baby the hostage. The man has to walk because this situation is not going to get better, it's only going to get worse. It's only a matter of time before she claims some kind of abuse and takes all he has and make him a child support slave anyways.
