This is going to sound loony, but I'm hoping you'll consider it.
Start buying the groceries and cooking from scratch. Avoid food colours and processed meat. Buy cuts of meat or ground only - skip on the sausage and ham and cold cuts.
I have personally experienced, and watched others experience, anger outbursts from eating hotdogs and sausage. Then later apologize saying they have no idea what came over them. I'm a woman, I used to experience several days a month of basically delusional, destructive, angry thoughts. I'm celiac too and wheat also does this to me.
She may be addicted to junk food (processed food). I know one individual who refused to adjust her diet, including drinking diet coke constantly, despite debilitating migraines. It can be a real addiction.
Only thing I can think of is replacing chips with versions from the organic isle (read the labels), same with chocolate/cookies. But if she refuses to participate, shrug its a lost cause.
