Give people masks. Tell doctors to use the false positive generator instead of checking for bacterial infections. Keep forcing people to wear masks so "even healthy people die." Keep pumping the propaganda while killing people, maintaining a constant state of fear in the gullible. Blame the non gullible for everyone's death.
