Had to chime in here, OP is talking about Triangulation based cellular tracking where your phone will jump between 3 (sometimes more if they are around) towers to determine within a relatively narrow area of around 3 to 9 meters depending on how many towers the phone can touch. So the more interference you can put on that phone, the better.

Better yet, if you have to go somewhere while under quarantine, leave the Mobile at home.
