Like it or not the PPC isn't a major party and has no more right to be included than the Marxist-Lenninist Party or the Christian Heritage party. Even the greens have a better claim to be on that poll.
The Bloc might have been excluded because they wanted a national poll for the parties but the Bloc only exists in one province.
