Nah, I disagree. I love talking politics with friends and family. I don't care if I change their minds or not, I just want them to know how wrong they are.
Sometimes I even like to throw in a 'history will not be kind to you' for extra effect.
I have a pretty simple test. I go pretty hardcore out of the gate and try to scare away all of the liberal idiots so I don't even have to guess who's who. The only two types of people left are liberals who don't despise conservatives, and actual conservatives.
Having standards can be challenging. Nevertheless, the key to a happy life is asserting boundaries. I'd rather have a smaller circle of friends made up entirely of decent people than a large social circle infested with liberals. Lay down with dogs, you wake up with fleas.
True enough. For some of us it's hard to keep our traps shut. A curse.

It's hard not to - whenever they move, the ground shakes.
LMAO.

I'm lucky in that I have a VERY disagreeable and argumentative personality, and I don't mind conflict one bit for the most part.
Anyone familiar with TexasNorth on Reddit can likely attest to this. LMAO.
That's what keeps me coming back

It's a good way to weed out the NPCs
