This is how diversity hires work. The unqualified politically correct get hired over the qualified in the name of 'equity'. Our useless Charter of Rights supports this systemic discrimination against white men. The dishonestly-named 'Employment Equity Act' requires it. It breeds resentment from qualified people of all races. These unqualified employees have no motivation to become skillful because they know it was their race that gifted them their job not their skill nor hard work. Their incompetence and entitlement is dangerous to business and to safety.
